Thanksgiving
I know this is a little late, but I wanted to post about our first Thanksgiving in China. We debated between going out for dinner (some of the restaurants and hotels offer a "traditional" dinner) or order in. We decided to order in and make it a family event. This can be costly so we kept it minimal. Instead of the ham that fed 12-15 people we decided to do meatloaf:( Pretty positive it was spam. We also had sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, green beans, rolls and apple pie. I thought most of it (minus the spam) was pretty good...considering. Don't let Brycen's thumbs up fool you, he only ate the rolls and maybe some of the mac n cheese

Sounds like it wasn't too bad. The roll looks pretty good though!
